Gloria has been a part of the DDH Insurance team since 2001. She understands every aspect of how a successful agency is run. Just like Diane, she began her career as a front office customer service representative. She quickly grew in knowledge and understanding of the insurance business. Her commitment to the industry made her realize this was the career for her. Soon after this self-realization, Gloria obtained her insurance liscense. Gloria goes out of her way to take the time to get to know each client in order to properly assess their needs.

Jennifer joined our team in 2017. A Hollister native, Jennifer brings professionalism, upbeat personality and an eagerness to proactively find solutions for our clients. She has years of experience working with the public and knows what it takes to build lasting relationships. Armed with outstanding client service skills, she brings an exceptional client-oriented approach and adds a personal touch with each conversation. In addition to being a part of our team, she continues her studies in Psychology.
