She established her own agency, Diane Diaz Hopkins Insurance over 20 years ago to offer her services throughout California. Being in business this many years proves they offer stability. She learned the values of hard work and strong business ethics from her parents. She is hands on and dedicated to her clients. Diane and her staff are here to give you professional, precise and personal service to assist you in insuring your most valuable assets. They will take the time to get to know you and your needs. Gloria

Gloria has been a part of the DDH Insurance team since 2001. She understands every aspect of how a successful agency is run. Just like Diane, she began her career as a front office customer service representative. She quickly grew in knowledge and understanding of the insurance business. Her commitment to the industry made her realize this was the career for her. Soon after this self-realization, Gloria obtained her insurance liscense. Gloria goes out of her way to take the time to get to know each client in order to properly assess their needs.

Jenny was brought on staff in 2013 and brings her exceptional customer service skills with her. She sets herself apart from most by her passion for greeting clients with a smile and the mindset of “how can I help you today?”. She brings years of experience working with the public and adds a personal touch whether processing payments or answering your questions. She is continuing her growth and knowledge of the industry with continued training.
