Just like Diane, she began her career as a front office customer service representative. She quickly grew in knowledge and understanding of the insurance business. Her commitment to the industry made her realize this was the career for her. Soon after this self-realization, Gloria obtained her insurance liscense. Gloria goes out of her way to take the time to get to know each client in order to properly assess their needs.
